Our latest Annual Report is now available
If you read just one section of our newly released Annual Report 2025, we encourage you to read the prisoner stories. These short, powerful reflections, written by men and women in prison, include stories such as Love and light in my darkest hour, A constant positive presence, and Guiding us through challenging times. Together, they offer moving insights into the impact of chaplaincy, faith, and compassionate presence at some of life’s most difficult moments.
You can read the Rīpoata ā‑Tau 2025 Annual Report here.
Alongside these stories, the Annual Report provides an overview of our operations, a feature on our 25th anniversary celebrations, and reflections from chaplains, volunteers, and prison staff, as well as messages from the Chief Executive and Board Chair.
There is also an infographic highlighting our year in numbers. For example, did you know that 14.8 percent of prisoners attended a group service, such as a church service or study, at least once a month? Together, these insights provide a compelling picture of the impact and significance of chaplaincy.
We encourage you to flick through our online, magazine‑style Annual Report and be inspired by all that has been achieved over the past year. Head to the Annual Report section to read more.
